• No accounts or logins: We don’t collect names, emails, or personal IDs unless you contact us directly.

2. How Your Data Is Used

• Uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI service (Replicate) to generate images.
• Photos are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 48 hours after generation is complete.
• We do not use your photos for training, marketing, or sharing.

3. Data Retention

• Uploaded files are stored securely and deleted automatically within 48 hours after processing is complete.
• No backups or logs of your images are kept beyond the 48-hour window required to deliver your output and allow for brief processing continuity.

4. GDPR Compliance

• You remain in full control of your data.
• You may request permanent deletion at any time by emailing us.
• We follow all EU GDPR requirements regarding data minimization and access control.

5. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Bubble to manage file uploads and data flow
• Replicate for AI image generation
• Stripe for secure payments

Each third party complies with their respective privacy laws.
