LinkShot allows users to upload a photo and generate professional AI headshots for personal use, such as LinkedIn profiles or resumes.

2. Usage Rules

• You agree to only upload images you have the legal right to use.
• You must not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• All output images are for personal use only and not to be resold or redistributed commercially.

3. Refund Policy

Since our service is digital and instant, all sales are final. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to the photos you upload.
• We do not use or share your uploaded content.
• AI-generated images are yours to use, subject to model license limitations (Replicate’s models are open-source or commercially usable).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Upload errors or photo quality issues
• Model inaccuracies or unsatisfactory results

Use of the service is at your own discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LinkShot after changes means you accept them.
